Emma Bradley

Director of Global Goodness, Global
Emma Bradley is Director of Global Goodness at Global, the media and entertainment group, home to the largest commercial radio stations in the UK, including Heart, Capital and Classic FM. Her role is to harness the group's assets and engage their staff and audience of 30 million to make a difference in local communities. Her key achievement was setting up a new charity, Global's Make Some Noise, which raises funds across multi platforms, gives a voice to small charities, and distributes grants to projects supporting disadvantaged children and their families. Alongside this she runs an employability programme, rooted in music, for disadvantaged young people.

A marketer by background, Emma's career spans more than 20 years across with both UK and international remits. She joined Global from the BBC, where she had a number of roles including responsibility for all BBC owned, earned and paid media. Prior to that she worked in marketing in the travel industry for British Airways, Tourism Australia and Thomson Holidays. Emma has a BA Hons in English from Cambridge University and an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck University.
